video M3异常了，可能是vidoe m3没有正常返还buffer，导致采集侧没有buffer使用了。
如果你运行的video M3是debug版本的，你的板子可以连上仿真器，你可以使用下面的方法回退看看是什么导致了video m3的exception。

你好，我们现在没有办法接到仿真器去仿真，请问m3 buffer没有正常返回，会是什么原因引起的呢？是m3核编码处理不过来吗？
只要是DM816x的板子，带仿真器，直接下载debug版本的firmware，也是可以退回到exception之前的情况，不一定需要使用你们出问题的板子。
