关于OMAPL138上电1.8V被拉高的问题

OMAP-L138上电后1.8V被拉高到2.7V
按照勘误表上说，原因是3.3V上电时产生了漏电流，解决方法是在1.8V与地之间加电容或电阻，这两种方法都试了还是没有解决。

说可能是reset信号问题，我按论坛上所说用镊子先短路reset与地，上电后在放开，1.8V仍然是被拉高的。
请问还有什么解决方案。
