关于OMAP-L138的工作温度的问题

请教各位，我在OMAP-L138的芯片资料上看到这款芯片有三种温度类型的，如下图：

现在我的芯片上写的内容如下，

                   OMAPL138B

                   ZWT

                   I9A6SLW  G|  A375

                   21  527  ZWT

我不知道我的是属于哪个等级的，我个认为是属于第三种EXTENDED的，因为有个下标A375中含有A，但不确定，也有可能属于第一种。不知道各位怎么看？
