自己画的C6657板子，挂了两片16位DDR3，但初始化设置DDR数据位宽为32位的话，调试时DSP程序会跑飞，设为16位不会跑飞，初始化能成功。但实际DDR位宽应该是32bit。DDR3为MT41K256M16HA-125IT。这是配置参数，
