类似问题，目前更换了LPDDR4为ＳＫ ＨＹＮＩＸ的H54G56BYYPX046， 出现了同样的ＢＵＧ， 初始化ＤＤＲ时候的时钟握手过不去，导致启动死在这里，但是并不是每次，频率不定。
同时不是每片ＤＤＲ都表现一致，有的芯片就一直没问题。
