请问是自己的板子还是EVM板？是什么仿真器？CCS版本是多少？target configuration file里的test connection是否能通过？
谢谢你的及时回复，问题已解决，使用镊子可能接触不稳定，使用飞线将Flash的CE连接到高电平，然后就能通过仿真器加载访问。

看一下复位信号是否足够长？从电源和时钟稳定输出后开始算。
