用am3359的裸机中断入口地址是0x18？哪是不是说cmd里要把中向量表放在0开始的地址?

这个地址我是从手册上看到的。

但是，也在memory map里看到：

GPMC

0x0000_0000   0x1FFF_FFFF   512MB     8-/16-bit External Memory

如果这个地址没接上外部内存，我们怎么办呀？或者放在片外速度是不是慢了？

求专家讲解！！
