根据论坛中的解答EMU0和EMU1是双向信号

在EVM板原理图上使用usb转jtag的FTD2232HL芯片，然后再交给与非门输出EMU0和EMU1。在这个电路中EMU0和EMU1信号只能是输出信号，与非门决定。如何解释?是不是这种方式EMU0和EMU1只能是输出，即DSP的输入?
