我的项目对功耗设计无要求，想简化电源设计，想去掉Smart Reflex UCD9222、UCD74110和UCD74106，直接给CVDD（VDDT1、VDDT2、VDDT3）使用1.0V电压，9.75A电流，是否可行？

如果可行TMS320C6670的Smart Reflex接口VCL、VD、VCNT0、VCNT1、VCNT2、VCNT3 是否需要接10K电阻上拉到VCC1V8？
