你好看了你的文件，这个是不是自己画的板子？佩服。
针对你的问题，我看了硬件原理图：CPU_GPMC_CS0是悬空的？在我的板子上我看了是接nand的ce。
再xload的调试过程中其实发现了base address再nand的应用中不是作用很大，关键是CS片选。这个信号很重要的。没有这个CS的设置。无法启动。
