EMIF16加载的sub mode有两种：一种是EMIF16加载；还有一种是NO boot。如果sub mode设置为NO boot，那么上电后ROM bootloader会完成哪些初始化工作，完成初始化后6678处于什么状态？另外，D版本的6678 datasheet上说sub mode 由bootmode[9:8]来进行配置，而E版本的datasheet又改为由bootmode[5:4]来进行配置，哪个版本是正确的啊，经过验证了吗
No boot mode下没有对硬件做初始化，也没有初始PLL，具体可以看看RBL source code, 以最新的E版本为准，同时从RBL source code boot_source_code\Shannon\devices\families\nysh\nysh.c 函数chipReadBootMode知，是bit[5:4]决定的。
