【C6670】CVDD核电压的测量

各位TI工程师好，在配置DDR3之前需要先确定核电压CVDD的大小，根据以前的帖子我找到了相关测量的步骤

如上面两幅图所示，根据VCNTL来测量出VID，再从map里找到对应的CVDD值。

但是VCNTL都是输出，如何让VCNTL[3]进行高低电平翻转，进而测量出VID[5：0]

希望工程师们可以给予解答，非常感谢。
