我用的是自己设计的tms320c6670板，用的SEED-XDS560V2仿真器，sysclkout有输出，RESETSTAT输出高电平，dsp cvdd通过ucd9222输出，用ti自带的fusion digital power designer监测显示cvdd为0.709V，VID为0d，当我进行connect target 时出现上述错误，请问问题出在哪？十分感谢！！！
