AM3352关于TLK105网络芯片不通的疑问

各位大牛,这边有两个问题请教下各位:

1、我这边在使用EMAC启动时候无法从网络启动,使用的网络芯片是TLK105,为MII模式,晶振25MHZ,cpu芯片AM3352,cpu晶振24MHz,串口打印信息如下:

2、我另一个板子使用的是USB启动,这个可以正常启动kernel并且也可以把内核和文件系统烧录到eMMC,但是调试网络部分的时候,能够识别到TLK105的百兆网,但是无法获取ip,打印如下:

  • 各位大牛,这边有一个现象请教下,之前有打了10片的板子调试,所有功能都通过了,使用的cpu芯片是am3352bzczd60,网络芯片是TLK105。现在的小批量试产使用的是am3352bzczd30的芯片,其他功能正常,但是网络始终无法获取到ip。现象和网线没查的状态一样,网口,TLK105器件都和能正常的板子换过,电路以及外围器件都比对过,和之前好的板子是一样的。

  • 是这样的,之前调试都是OK的,这次烧录烧小批量的程序烧录到之前样板上,是可以使用的,但是烧录到小批量的板子里就网络获取不到ip,跟网络相关的变动就是cpu芯片AM3352由之前的600MHz变更为现在的300MHz

  • 1. 看上去软件没有问题。

    2. 硬件部分能不能再查查,看和前面的版本比较有什么区别? 最近我有个客户也是说硬件没问题,结果后来发现硬件还是有点bug。

    3. 600MHz 和 300MHz只是主频的区别,其他没有区别。另外问问你们的ddr的频率是多少?

  • 1、硬件部分原理图,PCB,焊接的器件都有和之前调试通过的样板作对比,是一模一样的,也是核对了之后,以及网络芯片外围电路电压值等测量之后,才发帖子请教下;

    2、DDR芯片及外围电路是和样机的一样的,这一版DDR部分电路没有变动,PCB布局布线也没有变动,DDR频率是800MHz

  • 秦工客气了,这一版和上一版硬件改动如下:

    1、sysboot的配置有原来的01 00000000 011100和01 00000000 00110,改为01 00000000 011100和01 00000000 01100,默认是01 00000000 011100  MMC1,MMC0,UART0,USB0配置;

    2、ETH在上一版中PFBOUT,PFBIN1,PFBIN2在PCB上是没有连起来,后来用飞线连起来,在这一版中PCB上有连起来;

    3、使用的是MT47H128M16RT25E,该芯片的Speed Grade为-25E,data rate 为800MHz
