我使用的是TDA2XX处理器，使用官方例程测试将uart3挂在A15（MPU0）上。测试过程如下：
1.使用轮询的方式可以正常接收和发送数据；
2.基于1的，我参照例程将串口配置成中断模式时，串口中断无法响应，接收不到数据，中断配置如下:

你好，我经过测试，发现我的uart3代码在IPU0上是可以正常中断的，但是在A15还是无法中断，请问A15上URAT3的中断初始化流程是什么，或者A15的其他外设中断初始化流程，thanks。
