SK-TDA4VM: How can I change programs to run vision apps ?

The "Auto Valet Parking Application" demo in the Vision apps User's Guide is specifically designed to run on the J721 EVM and is not supported on the SK-TDA4VM. There is an AVP demo available for both QNX/Linux in the SDKs delivered by TI.   These demos or the SRV demo can be run on the TI EVM to get a feel for any differences between the HLOS.
