EMIF NORFLASH BOOT失败 boot创建了一个简单的工程，生成.out文件了 需要装换为.bin
1.希望官方提供一个emifnorflash的boot工程，且有转换工具链 可以将out转换为bin
2.norflash的emifboot模式生成的工具链需要增加一个boot parameter table吗？ 如果需要请提供增加boot parameter table的方式

ti的msdk的安装目录下没有找到
b2ccs.exe和
ccs2bin.exe文件
可以在安装目录下搜索文件，b2ccs.exe和ccs2bin.exe在C:\ti\C66x MCSDK 2.1\mcsdk_2_01_02_06\tools\boot_loader\ibl\src\util\btoccs
