  • Hello,

If you are having trouble reading registers or capturing raw/yuv data on the AM62a+imx390 platform, there are several things you can try to troubleshoot the issue:

    1. Check the hardware connections: Ensure that all hardware connections are properly made and that the AM62a and imx390 are correctly communicating with each other. Double-check the wiring and make sure that the power supply and clock signals are stable and within the required specifications.

    2. Check the software configuration: Make sure that the software configuration is correct and that the correct drivers and settings are being used. Check that the software is correctly configured to communicate with the imx390 and that the correct registers are being read or written.

    3. Check the software version: Make sure that you are using the correct version of the software for the AM62a+imx390 platform. Check the release notes and documentation to ensure that the software is compatible with your specific hardware and that there are no known issues or bugs that could be causing the problem.

    4. Check for errors and debug messages: Check for any error messages or debug output from the software that could provide more information about the problem. Look for any error codes or messages that indicate a problem with the hardware or software configuration.

I hope this helps you troubleshoot the issue. If you have any further questions, please feel free to ask.
