TDA4VE-Q1: DCC3.1 Error in capturing the RAW image

To enable live tuning for SDK 9.0

1. Navigate to /opt/edgeai-tiovx-modules/
2. In the CMakeLists.txt file, modify (ENABLE_DCC_TOOL  "Enable DCC Tuning Tool Support" OFF -> ON)
3. mkdir build
4. cd build
5. cmake ..
6. make -j2
7. make install

在make -j2的时候遇到了这个错误
