am335x 串口打不开

使用am335x做的板子，之前因为上电错误，335x的3.3V对地短路了，现在更换CPU后，板子大部分功能正常，但是引出的一个TTL的串口和一个RS485接口无法打开，测量串口和RS485对地、对核心板的3.3V阻抗均未发现明显的短路或断路情况，请问可能是什么原因呢？CPU虚焊？PS：调试串口工作正常。
