omapl138linux网卡驱动，进行复位时，如ifconfig eth0 down、ifconfig eth0 up分别需要调用emac_dev_stop函数和emac_dev_open函数，在emac_dev_open函数中使能收发之后，在phy连接上之前，这时，广播包稍大的时候，会导致网卡阻塞，资源瞬间占满，从而不能ping通网络。
