I ran into the same problem before, it usually happens when the mmWave Studio version doesn’t match the board firmware. For AWR2243BOOST, 03.01.04.04 isn’t compatible. Try using 02.01.xx or the firmware that came with your board.
Also double-check your COM ports and make sure the DCA1000 is connected before running sensorStart(). That fixed the “no file” error for me.
