我在毫米波雷达传感器开箱即用视频中进行学习，按照步骤打开了dev.ti.com/.../，但是在options中serial ports时按照指示安装了扩展程序和TI云代理，但是再次打开serial ports 依旧告诉我需要安装TI云代理。随后我按照help链接进行错误排查，并没有发现问题所在。请问如何解决？
