IWR6843ISK: 烧写mmw_demo失败，且尝试了很多办法

在烧写mmw_demo_bin的时出现上述问题

已经尝试的解决方案：

   1）sp管脚设置没问题，设置的就是101

   2）串口号已经检查过了，COM4就是控制串口

    3）之前使用1642BOOST烧写相关的mmw_demo都是没有问题的
