芯片版本是多少？与使用的的sdk及上位机软件版本是否匹配。
sdk上位机的版本一样的，如果不一样一般都连不上，我的问题是连上了，但是命令配置发不过去，点击发送的命令的时候没有反应

从芯片的mark看你使用的AWR1443是ES2.0的工程样片，不是ES3.0的正式芯片。
建议烧写ccs debug bin到板上，然后通过仿真器下arm的可执行文件，在CCS的console看发配置后是否有什么错误提示。
