我在使用mmwave stdio+DCA1000录制raw data时,当配置如下时,实际得到的文件大小为理论值(4byte * 128(no of chirp loops) * 256(ADC samples) * 300(帧数) * 1 * 1 (一发一收) )的两倍,这是为什么?

请问具体是怎么解析的? 是否按照下面文档里的Matlab代码解析的?

您可以解析一下看是否adc sample number是否和理论值一样。
另外,请看一下DCA1000EVM板上的SW2.3是否设成了AR1642_MODE(2 lane)
