DCA1000EVM: 刷新DCA1000EVM中的FPGA bit文件
新买了DCA1000EVM，初始FPGA版本是2.9，遇到问题后烧录了2.8的版本，现在连接时极个别情况可以进行测试，请问是版本不兼容的问题吗？还是以太网的问题，防火墙已关闭
有可能是版本问题，通常我们都建议使用最新的版本。
