请问TMP112AQDRLRQ1这个芯片是否是如下读取温度：
用读取的16位数据（3fe0）取前12位(3fe)，转化十进制后（1022）*0.0625=63.875°C（用多路温度测试仪点胶测55.9），但是发现两者差距较大不确定，请帮忙确认下，谢谢
