Hello TI support team,
I am encountering the following error when trying to activate PSpice for TI on my new computer:
"You have reached the concurrent device access limit. Too many devices are attempting to connect with the same access key."
My license has already been activated on 3 machines, and some of the old machines are no longer in use (one was replaced / scrapped / had a hardware failure), so I am unable to deactivate them locally.
Could you please help reset / release the existing device activations so that I can activate PSpice for TI on my current machine?
