申请PSPICE-FOR-TI通过后收到TI的邮件回复

我安装邮件提示进行安装PSPICE-FOR-TI软件，

输入了ACCESS KEY

软件正常安装，没有报错

但安装完成后启动软件提示License有问题，无法启动

请问这个问题怎么解决？
