以下指令可以控制CC2640R2的TX包的channel，payload和数据调变模式，但是如何设置发射包的时隙，比如：DH1、DH5等，还有跳频模式？应该由哪些指令实现？因为蓝牙规范的测试项里有要求这两个功能。
