CC2640R2F: 自制开发板使用CCS烧录提示error：unable to access device register

您可以查看一下该链接：Device register。其中有说到此错误意味着 JTAG 调试器无法访问电路板上的内核或设备，从技术上讲，JTAG 调试器无法访问 ICEPick 寄存器。

您可否先按连接中的提示排除一下相应的硬件问题？

我检查了TMS,TCK,TDO,TDI,RST的连接都没有问题。

我在ccs中修改ccxml配置为4-pin standard mode时提示Error connecting to the target: (Error -242 @ 0x0) A router subpath could not be accessed. The board configuration file is probably incorrect. (Emulation package 7.0.48.0)

配置为2-pin mode时提示Error connecting to the target:(Error -2131 @ 0x0)Unable to access device register. Reset the device, and retry the operation. If error persists, confirm configuration, power-cycle the board, and/or try more reliable JTAG settings (e.g. lower TCLK).(Emulation package 7.0.48.0)

尝试用smartRF flash programmer 2进行forced mass erase也失败了，提示

看到数据手册上面VDDR的电压值在1.7-1.95V，我的VDDR在2.2V左右，请问这个有关系吗？

这个不能确定是否与该问题有直接联系，但是还是想要您将VDDR保持在推荐值之内，以防出现不可控的问题。

我尝试更换芯片都出现了这样的问题（VDDR和DCOUPL电压高过参考电压），怀疑是不是和结构布局有关系，能不能麻烦您看一下布局是否有误呢？
