我在http://www.ti.com.cn/tool/cn/SMARTCONFIG下载的SMARTCONFIG-ANDROID:SmartConfig for Android (Compatible with CC3000 only)，它是一个exe文件，是在电脑上安装吧，但是一直提示安装失败，是什么原因，我的电脑版本是win10 64位。
