Z-Stack 1.2.2a 使用znp模式，能否通过host 动态的修改poll rate，如果可以 该如何进行修改呢
请问你的host+Znp在Zigbee网络里面是做什么角色？做Coordinator，还是End Device，
如果是Coordinator的话，那么我的理解你是希望通过host发命令给ZNP，然后通过无线去修改网络中某个end device的poll rate？
如果是end device的话，那么我的理解你是通过host发送命令给znp，znp修改自己的poll rate
这这种方法最后操作的变量都是NLME_SetPollRate( uint32 newRate )这个函数，其他的度可以自己定义
