网关掉电后，END发出Orphan Notification后休眠，再重发问题。

使用协议中：ZHA1.2   。终端会进入PM3模式

问题描述：网关掉电，终端发出Orphan Notification，没有收到Coordinator Realignment。再发出Beacon request直到休眠。

                 下次唤醒，想要发出如下内容：

                Beacon request

               ..........

                发现复位才能够发出以上红色字体的内容。

                请问可不可以调用某条指令，再不复位的情况下，发出以上内容，来进行重加网
