我们的CC2530模组，可直接使用CC Debug和Smart RF04EB两种烧录器烧录。
但是把模组焊接到设备上后，对设备供电，使用Smart RF04EB可以正常烧录，但是连接CC Debug后烧录固件无法运行。
在CC Debug上读取设备的IEEE地址，发现IEEE地址错误，但是换用Smart RF04EB可读取正确的IEEE地址
