2，地址和信道Panid是那个设备决定的，它分配的地址会不回和ZHA的协调器分配的冲突

我看了您给我建议下的那个zll标准，仍有以下疑惑：
1.启动一个新的网络的时候Ini t iator会产生一个network start request inter-PAN 命令帧，来启动网络如果信道等参数由Ini t iator决定的时候，是否选择启动的target也会给边自己的原本的参数，来加入这个网络，并由Ini t iator分配网络地址。
2.Ini t iator属于address assignment capable devices，那如果target也是。target地址的分配由谁来？
3.启动一个新的网络时是不是一定要启动两个设备Ini t iator和target，target是否一定要是router？
1, 是的，Target的地址是Initator给的，当Target拿到这个地址以后，会建立一个网络，然后Initiator会加入到这个网络里面。
2，如果Target是通过touchlink方式入网的，那么地址是有Initiator分配的。如果Target是以Classic Join方式入网的，那么地址是有其他的Target分配的。
3，有两种方式，1）Ini t iator和target通过touchlink的方式让Target建立网络。2）一个Target可以单独启动一个网络，比方说ZLL里面Bridge，本身可以建立一个网络。 确实是一定要Router。

追问一下，ZLL里面Bridge与普通的Target有什么不同点吗？
Bridge设备类型上是Router 跟Target一样，
但是在功能上更像是ZLL里面的Remote
