THP210: The voltage between IN+ and IN- of THP210DR is different in the schematic below

As shown in the schematic diagram below, in the actual test I found that the voltage difference between IN+ and IN- of THP210DR is about 3mV. Why there is such a big difference between IN+ and IN- and how to reduce it
