Part Number: TSW1400EVM

When using HSDCPro Automation DLL ADC Example, error code 1379 has been reported. I used HSDCPROV5.20, Labview 2014, and installed the runtime module. I tried to reinstall it, but it still hasn't solved the problem. Someone can help me answer or provide me with the download address of HSDC4.10.

    When utilizing the HSDCPro Automation DLL ADC Example, an error with code 1379 has been reported. I have employed the HSDCPROV5.20 software in conjunction with LabVIEW 2014, and have installed the appropriate runtime module. Despite attempting to reinstall the aforementioned software, the issue persists. I would greatly appreciate any assistance in resolving this matter or obtaining the download location for HSDC4.10.

    I have tried this operation, but the issue still persists. Could you please provide me with a download link for version HSDC4.10? The software was working well for me when I used that version before.

    But unfortunately, there is no HSDC4.10 which could download. As we do not recommend using older versions of software as newer versions are suppose to update/correct any issues found in older versions.

    The attached method couldn't resolve the error 1379 problem, does it appear another error when you do the operation？ Or is it still error 1379？

    I am so sorry that we have no remote assistance instead of forum support.

     If the attached file didn't resolve your question, I would help you to confirm this question again, to check if they could provide the older version of HSDC.
