TI-API: API order cancellation failed.

Customer can't cancel below orders via API. Could you help to advise how customer can cancel it? CEP error has been fixed, and order status is completed. Thank you.

    Did customer receive any error message when they send POC cancel through API? 

  • Hi Lecheng~ 客户收到提示“只有状态是REJECT,COMPLETED,PENDING(TI订单未创建)的订单才能删除。 这三张open订单由于没有TI报价编号,导致的价格不正确,目前订单锁定,客户无法修改。 但是我看订单状态是completed, 不知道为什么客户无法取消。

    我看到这边的报错如下,是从SAP返回的,可能是你提到的订单锁定导致的。我建议需要先匹配价格然后再让客户用API重新发送修改。

  • Hi Lecheng,这个价格匹配是指一定要和客户送的EDI1 价格一致吗?我上周联系了Pricing, 由于客户没有送Quote#,pricing手工放价格只能按照官网1KU 的价格去放(这和EDI1 是不匹配的),所以我只能强制process 订单进来,订单状态才可以变成completed 的状态。但是客户依然无法cancel. 所以这种情况下API 是不可以取消的嘛? 谢谢~
