When customer processed order change for PO#SHD-PE-202502-0396 on TI CI online platform, this agent received the errors saying TI-V1-335 System error: Schedule line 0001 for item 000010 does not exist . Could you please check what's wrong with the system? In the meanwhile, would you please get this API messages newly added into current API error list which is currently posted on E2E platform? Even if COR completed the steps as requested, the customer still fails to make the change and reports the same error. I've raised an internal CW# to SAP to see how we can resolve it. Thank you!
