所有订单推送中的cancellationWindowWeeks和rescheduleWindowWeeks的值都为999

上个月开始财务单据没有进行推送了，订单信息和ASN有进行推送。

同时出现的还有调用汇款通知提示financialDocumentNumber is Invalid，所有发票号都这样。
