设计一个板卡，用AM3352 + DP83822来是实现网口通信，但DP83822 时钟不能Link，是否DP83822必须通过AM3352 配置后才能Link，或是DP83822 的硬件设计问题？用的外部时钟是25M 晶振。
那要看是使用的是MII接口还是RMII接口，如果采用MII接口，则需外部25Mhz晶振。如果采用RMII接口，那么RMII reference clock需要50Mhz时钟。
我们采用的是RGMII 接口通信。
我们用的是RGMII接口，外部时钟是否可以通过Strap pin 进行配置？
