在 VBUS 和 PMID 引脚上观察到 BQ25620 OTG 模式电压。 IC 设计为 VBUS 是 OTG 模式输出、但当器件处于 OTG 模式时、PMID 引脚也在升压转换器的输出端。
如果您的客户更喜欢仅 PMID 的 OTG 模式输出、则应考虑 BQ25628 或 BQ25629。 在这些 IC 上、在 OTG 模式下、在 VBUS 上观察到 0V。
