建议 Vin 比 Vout 低 0.5V ,否则即使 Vin 小于 Vout ,器件也可能不稳定。 如果 Vin 高于 Vout、该器件在直通模式下工作、高侧 FET 导通、而在此状态下电流限制不准确。
