数据表中未指定过流和过热行为。
OCP 应将输出拉至低于调节值、以确保它将输出电流保持在电流限制阈值。 该阈值主要随温度而变化、只是略微带有余量。
热关断会将输出拉至零、直到裸片上的温度传感器降至阈值温度以下、此时它将再次导通。 如果功率耗散过高、器件将再次过热并重复热循环。
