芯片内部有 ESD 二极管、因此在没有 VCC 的情况下施加 EN 时、ESD 二极管被激活、从而导致泄漏路径。
在器件的正常运行条件下、不建议在 VCC 高于2.7V 之前使 EN 处于高电平。
