160C 是瞬态规格。 当器件遇到故障时、结温将上升、并且器件在可能对器件造成任何损坏之前很快达到热关断状态。 器件在其使用寿命内不会经常看到此峰值温度、因此不应引起任何可靠性问题。
在150°C 的温度下特意长时间运行器件会对器件可靠性造成影响。
