问题在于 TPS7A49采用 HVSSOP-8封装、而适配器仅采用 VSSOP-8封装。 散热焊盘的差异会引起散热问题。 如果耗散了大量功率、则器件可能会进入热关断状态。
另一个选项是获取 该器件的 EVM 模块。 这将使您能够测试该器件、它不会引脚分配到 DIP、但可以从电路板上的引脚焊接导线。
