客户使用 BQ24133进行设计、并找到 SW 输出电压=PVCC、PVCC=13V，SW=13V PVCC=15V，SW=15V
如下所示进行测试：
移除 TS 电阻、SW 没有输出电压、STAT 闪烁。
ISET 电压139mV ACSET 电压140mV
